Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory centered in Iowa, with travel to MN and MO.

You’ll perform field service, installations or PMs, resolve issues, and maintain customer records while representing the company professionally.

The role offers a car allowance or vehicle, company cellphone and laptop, paid travel, and a culture focused on skill development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.

Responsabilités

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.
