Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined Missouri territory, with a focus on the Kansas City/St. Louis market. You will work hands-on with CNC machining centers, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize uptime while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Travel is required but localized within MO. You’ll receive a car allowance (or a company vehicle in some cases), a company phone and laptop, covered fuel

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers; strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide service support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically.
• Take ownership of service cases and maintain documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
