Job summary

Ellison Technologies in Memphis is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer energized by working on sophisticated CNC machinery and solving problems. You will service, install, and perform preventive maintenance for the local market, with travel across Memphis and Northern Mississippi.

The role uses a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop, and aims to make customers raving fans by delivering top-tier service and support. Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service including service, installations and preventive maintenance for local market.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally at all times.
• Take ownership of service cases and maintain customer records and documentation.
