Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory with a focus on the Iowa market. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base, backed by a service‑oriented organization.

You’ll receive a car allowance (or a company vehicle in some cases), a company phone and laptop, covered fuel, and a streamlined reimbursement process.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers; repair skills focusing on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Iowa market. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.
