Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory in Southern Ohio, with a focus on CNC machining centers and turning centers. You’ll perform field service, installations, and PMs, while providing exceptional customer support and maintaining accurate documentation.

This role offers a car allowance or vehicle, company phone and laptop, and reimbursement for fuel, with travel limited to local clients within the S. Ohio territory.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
• Take ownership of all service cases and maintain customer records and documentation.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Iowa market. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.
