As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory. For this role, a person could be based in the Sioux Falls, Minneapolis or Kansas City markets. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.
We set you up for success from day one. You’ll receive a car allowance (or, in some cases, a company vehicle), company‑provided cell phone and laptop, covered fuel expenses, and a fast, hassle‑free reimbursement process. Our goal is simple: remove distractions so you can focus on what you do best—maintaining top‑of‑the‑line equipment and delivering exceptional service that turns customers into raving fans.
This role is not a national “road warrior” position. While travel is required, it’s focused on local clients within your territory (expected 50% w/ paid travel). Our team enjoys low turnover, and the people who thrive here are energized by variety—different sites, new challenges, and continuous learning.
We genuinely believe this is not only a great place to work, but a place where careers grow, skills sharpen, and long‑term success is built.
Although not all inclusive, below are some more details:
The focus will be on the the Dakotas market.
You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day field service which can includeservice, troubleshooting, installations and/or preventive maintenance as you launch from home most days.
What are we looking for?
Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing C.N.C. machining centers and C.N.C. turning centers. With this experience we’re looking for developed repair skills – focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
