Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations, or preventive maintenance in the local market.
• Resolve customer issues, support sales, and provide training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
• Take ownership of service cases and projects, maintaining customer records and technical documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Experience in installing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers is preferred. We seek candidates with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair skills.
