Responsibilities

Although not all-inclusive, here are some key responsibilities:

• Perform field service, installations, or preventive maintenance as required.
• Resolve customer issues, provide sales support, and conduct some training.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, aligning actions with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases and projects, maintaining customer records and technical documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. We seek developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of your craft.
