• Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC grinding machinery and remote support
• Ability to handle technical queries related to maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification
• Experience in the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
