Ellison Technologies in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to service, install and maintain high‑end CNC machines for a variety of clients. You’ll focus on our Northwest region, with a company that provides support and tools to thrive.

Expect hands-on repair across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus diagnostics, installations, and preventive maintenance. A customer‑facing role with professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers.
Developed repair skills focusing on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.
Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and CNC machine repair.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
