Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support local clients across IA, MN, MO. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment, install, service, and perform preventive maintenance while keeping thorough documentation.

Travel is focused locally (about 50% travel), with a car allowance or company vehicle, plus a phone and laptop. You will join a team that values adaptability, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills—mechanical, hydraulic and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Iowa. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

Qualifications

What are we looking for? Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills - focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
