Job summary

Suburban Marble & Granite in Warminster, PA is seeking a Facility and Machine Maintenance Tech to join our full-time team. You’ll own critical equipment, service seven CNC machines, and ensure reliable operation to minimize downtime.

The role offers a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule, pay in the $28–$30 per hour range, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience.
• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• High school or vocational technical school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service seven CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Support the water filtration system and coordinate vehicle servicing.
• Handle building maintenance needs and reduce downtime.
