Job summary

Admiral Valve LLC in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and produce machined parts to tight tolerances in a clean, temperature-controlled shop.

You will inspect parts with micrometers, gauges, calipers or rulers, perform deburring and washing, maintain and lubricate machines, and uphold OSHA safety standards on a Monday–Friday shift (6:30am–3:15pm) with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and interpret dimensions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges or rulers to measure.
• Deburr and wash parts as needed.
• Maintain and lubricate machines; follow safety rules.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and adhere to OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints
• Operate CNC machines, start machines, monitor operations, and record data
• Inspect parts and adjust as necessary to meet quality requirements
• Measure completed work pieces using micrometers, gauges, calipers or rulers
• Deburr and wash parts as needed
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate machines
• Comply with OSHA and company safety rules
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
