Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a facilities/maintenance technician
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC production machinery down to mechanical and electronic components
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; testing with diagnostic tools

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: diagnose, disassemble to electrical/mechanical components, fix or replace parts and verify operation.
• Electrical Work: read schematics, test AC/DC voltages with diagnostic tools.
• Preventative Maintenance: set up/run routine maintenance for each machine to prevent breakdowns.
• Team Support: train and assist machinists/operators, collaborate with engineers/programmers on complex issues.
• Vendor Coordination: schedule outside repair services when needed.
