SHIVELY DIVERSIFIED MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician in Michigan to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, both mechanically and electrically, with hands-on expertise. 2–3 year technicians are welcome for smaller repairs.

The role offers 6:00 AM–4:30 PM hours with potential 12-hour days and occasional weekends, depending on workload; pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC maintenance experience and ability to troubleshoot CNC systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting proficiency on CNC machinery.
• Experience with CNC drives, sensors, relays, and pump systems.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC controls and ball screw/ spindle repairs.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair ball screws.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on CNC machinery.
• Perform spindle repairs.
• Troubleshoot sensors, drives, and relays; basic repairs.
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controls.
• Troubleshoot pump systems.
• Perform B-axis rebuilds.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment.

Job description

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC maintenance experience who can troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machinery.

We are also open to 2nd or 3rd year technicians who have a strong foundation and are capable of handling smaller repairs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Potential for 12-hour days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work

Key Responsibilities

• Replace and repair ball screws
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC machinery
• Perform spindle repairs
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on sensors, drives, and relays
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controls
• Troubleshoot pump systems

We will consider technicians with 2-3 years of experience who have the technical ability and hands-on skills to perform smaller CNC repairs.
