Job summary

Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Machinist to learn machine operation, setup, loading/unloading materials, running programs, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality in an aerospace-focused environment in Everett, WA.

You will follow safety policies, learn production processes, and contribute to on-time part delivery while growing skills through on-the-job training and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Establish production rhythms to meet part output goals.
  • Safely load and unload parts and operate machines.
  • Follow setup and changeover procedures and manage tool life.
  • Maintain material traceability and organize inventory.
  • Inspect parts using standard inspection practices and records.
  • Follow standard work plans and SOPs for process control.
  • Maintain machine status and real-time monitoring.
  • Attend to maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
  • Ensure attendance and comply with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team and supervisor as needed.

CNC Entry Level Machinists start out learning to operate machines while on the job.This job focuses on the importance of running quality parts while; setting up machines, loading and
unloading materials, running code, managing tool life, inspecting parts, and completing secondaryoperations (e.g., deburr, edge breaks, adding holes) ...

Requirements
Essential Functions
  • 1. Establish effective “production rhythms” to produce the number of expected parts according toOEE goals.
  • 2. Operate machines safely while loading and unloading parts using best practices.
  • 3. Comply with machine tool life management and use pre-setters and tool cribs effectively.
  • 4. Follow schedules and shift plans, prepare for the next job, and change-over effectively.
  • 5. Accurately maintain material traceability while issuing, organizing, counting, loading raw materials.
  • 6. Follow expected work cell processes consistently and without prompting (e.g., standard work plans, SICS, secondary operations (e.g., deburr), daily maintenance, tie-ins, traceability).
  • 7. Complete expected maintenance and maintain clean and organized work area.
  • 8. Use standard work plans (SWP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) to control processes and accurately inspect parts using self-inspection check sheets (SICS) to verify.
  • 9. Create and maintain accurate machine status (to run or not), shift tie-ins, and real time monitoring requirements.
  • 10. Must regularly maintain good attendance per policy each attendance year.

1.Must comply with all company policies and procedures, including Human Resources Policies and Procedures, SOP's, work rules, and supervisory/management instructions.

2.Promote the Company’s commitment to workplace health and safety. Actively participate in the companies Safety Committee, use provided Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE), operate equipment and use hand tools safely, and personally behave using manufacturing best practices.

3.Must read, write, and speak English proficiently to effectively perform the essential functions of this job.

4.Effectively work under strict production deadlines and effectively manage stress.

5.Cooperate and comply with supervisor’s reasonable instructions.

6.Listen and collaborate effectively, either individually or as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
