  • Experience with Mastercam for programming machining centers.
  • Understanding of 3-,4-,5-axis machining.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations.
  • Program and support CNC machining centers using Mastercam.
  • Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications.
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges.
  • Review prints and specifications to ensure manufacturability.
  • Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs.
