Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join a growing precision manufacturing organization in New York, supporting customers across aerospace, medical devices, and other engineered markets.

This role focuses on CNC programming, process optimization, and growth initiatives at the corporate headquarters facility, with responsibility for developing and optimizing Mastercam programs for multi-axis machining and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

CNC programming experience in metal machining environments.
Experience with Mastercam for programming machining centers.
Understanding of 3-,4-,5-axis machining.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations.
Program and support CNC machining centers using Mastercam.
Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications.
Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges.
Review prints and specifications to ensure manufacturability.
Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs.
