Job description

The Advanced CNC Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes within the business services industry. This position focuses on delivering technical expertise and solutions to meet clients' engineering and manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with installing new machines
  • Troubleshooting and repairing machines
  • Supporting machine setup, prove-outs, and demonstrations
  • Utilize your background in CNC Machining to create and optimize manufacturing process
  • Drive continuous improvements, utilize LEAN Manufacturing / 5S Techniques
  • Create relevant engineering documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions)
  • Work with customers and cross‑functionally with Quality and Engineering
  • Assisting with machine moves, accessories, and overall technical center operations
Profile
  • Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience (machining environments), ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries.
  • Experience with CAM software (Mastercam/NX et cetera) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts.
Job Offer
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
  • A bonus paid out around 8-13% based on company and personal metrics.
