You will handle work orders, prep materials, configure torch tips, program CNCs, clean slag, stack parts, and ensure proper packaging and labeling per customer requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work overtime, and a reliable work history with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work assigned overtime, sometimes with short notice
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
• Demonstrated reliable work history
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks

Responsibilities

• Work Order Processing: Review and interpret paperwork and work order documents to create a plan for order placements on the table.
• Material Handling: Locate materials on the floor or in staging areas and use appropriate handling equipment.
• Torch Setup: Choose the correct tips for the burner torch based on material type and desired cutting edges.
• CNC Programming: Program the CNC computer according to work order instructions and clean slag from finished parts.
• Final Processing: Package and label skids, note unloading requirements, shrink wrap as needed, and prepare for transport.
• Cleanup: Remove all scrap and move finished orders to the staging area.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks to support production efficiency and safety.
