Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Texas seeks a CNC Programmer to develop and modify machining programs for TurboFab operations, supporting NPI programs and safety improvements.

You will troubleshoot CNC and cutting processes, establish maintenance records, and coach operators to ensure quality and efficiency across the shop floor.

Experience with automated CNC machines and 3–5 years in CNC/PLC programming are preferred, with an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated CNC and Cutting machines.
• 3-5 years CNC, PLC, or programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC machining programs.
• Troubleshoot CNC machining and cutting process problems.
• Establish equipment and spare parts lists.
• Provide coaching to operators and coverage for shifts.
• Document downtime and maintenance records.
• Provide training and support to CNC and Cutting operators.
