Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with automation equipment or relevant technical experience.
• No relocation offered; within 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve high-speed automation equipment and CNC Brother machines.
• Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of automation assets.
• Assist in commissioning new equipment and startup validation.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems to resolve software and hardware issues.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
• Communicate equipment status to cross-functional teams.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers with precision.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production to reduce downtime.
