Job summary
Jobot is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team in Pineville, NC. This role focuses on keeping CNC machining equipment and automated systems running efficiently in a clean, modern facility.

Qualifications
- Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
