Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate, skilled CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer on-going 4-hour shifts on weekends or weekdays for individuals who love caring for others and want a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and documenting care via a mobile app. A valid ID or work authorization is required, plus background checks and CPR/First Aid are preferred

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
