Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs to support clients at home in Aurora, IL. The role focuses on personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and safety supervision, with 4-hour shifts on weekends or weekdays.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA certification preferred. You’ll clock in/out via a care app, receive weekly pay and ongoing training, and join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
