Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse
• Support infection prevention practices and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Assist with meals, dining, and recreational activities as needed
