Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset provides resident-centered care in a 128-bed long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with meals, and support the nursing team under RN supervision.

This weekend-only schedule (6:00am–2:15pm) is part of a full-time commitment. We seek a CNA with a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Must obtain CNA certification within four months if not yet certified.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living, vitals, meals, and mobility needs.
• Document interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Follow infection control policies and use PPE appropriately.
