Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per resident care plans
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence
• Support with culinary, housekeeping, laundry and activities
• Report health changes to clinical team
• Engage with residents and families compassionately
• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan


• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity


• Support residents beyond direct care by assisting with culinary, housekeeping, laundry, and activity department needs as part of the universal supportrole


• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team


• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience


• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences


• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information


• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required


• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program


• Comfortable working across departments and adjusting duties as community needs shift throughout the day


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
