Reflections Retirement Community in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents per their care plan. You will assist with ADLs, communicate compassionately with residents and families, and help maintain dignity and independence.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 Hourly
