Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Part Time CNA for the 3rd shift to provide personalized resident care in line with care plans. You will assist with ADLs, communicate with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training while ensuring privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families.
• Participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
• Must hold current, active hands-on AED and CPR certification.
