Qualifications

Must be at least 25 years old for insurance requirements.
Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Texas is required.

Responsibilities

Safely Transport Residents: Drive residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
Ensure Resident Comfort: Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
Observe & Report: Note changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
Assist with Mobility: Help residents ambulate and transfer using assistive devices.
Monitor Vital Signs: Record vitals during transport when needed.
Support the Team: Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
