Haven Nursing Center is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA. The role requires a Louisiana CNA license and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You will transport residents to appointments and assist with in-facility care, keeping safety and dignity at the forefront.

The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for early/late shifts to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Teamwork and flexibility to assist in care and transport.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor required.
• Active CNA credential in Louisiana and valid driver license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents safely to medical appointments and other destinations.
• Provide direct resident care within CNA scope during shifts.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility as needed.
• Document care and transportation activities promptly and accurately.
• Follow care plans, infection control, and safety procedures.
