Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA certification for the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the facility van.
• Strong communication and compassionate resident care skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility van to and from appointments and activities.
• Provide emotional support to residents.
• Keep van clean, tidy, and mechanically sound.
• Perform other tasks as assigned in support of residents and operations.
• Adhere to company Code of Conduct, policies and procedures.
