In this role you must hold a Delaware CNA license, be at least 18, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 100 lbs and pushing 200 lbs.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware CNA license required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and crouch repetitively.
• Ability to push 200 lbs for long distances and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to and from appointments and activities.
• Confirm appointment details with nursing staff and patient before travel.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and maintaining safety protocols.
• Stay with residents at appointments to provide support as needed.
• Maintain equipment and transport-related documentation and orders.
