Job summary
Diamond Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to safely transport residents to appointments and other activities within the community. In this full-time role you will provide high-quality patient care, assist licensed nurses, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience delivering high-quality patient care and assisting licensed nurses.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation to scheduled appointments.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.
- Support licensed nurses and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Promote rehabilitation by encouraging exercises and conditioning routines.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance.
