Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification listed in DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to follow orders and attend in-service trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift (I&O).
• Perform other duties as assigned and support care team.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
