Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Wilmington, NC. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and support charting and documentation at shift end.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA must be listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift (I & O).
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/charge nurse.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
