Job summary

Liberty Health Elizabethtown, NC, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and daily living activities, while delivering compassionate care.

A CNA in good standing with the DFS registry is preferred, with opportunities for training reimbursement and ongoing in-service education in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification and DFS registry status required.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I&O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
