Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Winston-Salem is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes ADL assistance, accurate charting, and teamwork with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records including I&O at end of shift.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
