Job summary

Liberty Health in Falcon, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities, hygiene, and basic care needs. The role includes documentation of care and assisting the charge nurse with resident needs, in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include being 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent and a current DFS-registered CNA. Training opportunities and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care morning, after meals, and bedtime as needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
