Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents, and participating in activity programs while ensuring safety and cleanliness in resident areas.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Alabama CNA certification or obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily personal care per resident plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Keep resident rooms and care areas clean and neat.
• Document care as instructed and required.
• Report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transporting residents between dining, therapy, and activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
