Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized ABA therapy and tracking progress toward goals.

We offer hands-on training, regular supervision, clear growth paths from BT to RBT, flexible full-time or part-time schedules including in-home and center-based work, and a supportive team culture designed to help you develop professionally.

Qualifications

• Background as a CNA with a passion for helping children.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first months of employment.
• Strong communication skills and dependable, detail-oriented.
• Interest in growing within ABA toward RBT/BCBA roles.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
