United Care ABA-New York is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in New York. Roles offer flexible scheduling, with opportunities for in-home and center-based work, and paths for advancement toward lead RBT or BCBA certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with ability to follow treatment plans and collect data accurately.
• Desire to help children grow and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
