Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role welcomes CNAs seeking a second career or a full transition into ABA and provides hands-on training toward RBT certification.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with in-home and center-based options, a supportive team, and growth opportunities from BT to RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within a few months of employment.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Dependability and attention to detail in clinical settings.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA (RBT/BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and life skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and required training.
