White Pine Senior Living in Blaine, MN is seeking a Part Time CNA/Caregiver for our Blaine I location. Shifts include AM, PM, and weekends with pay around $20.00 hourly, DOQ. No experience necessary; paid training will be provided as part of joining our caring team.

Qualificações

• English proficiency required for daily communication with residents and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalency is required.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including hair washing, bathing, incontinence management and transfers.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
