Job summary

Whitefish at The Lakes Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking compassionate Caregivers for full-time and part-time roles. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time is offered, with starting pay at $17 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Caregivers provide personal care under ISP, document vitals, assist with daily living, participate in family conferences, and maintain resident records.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to exert physical force as required.
• No communicable diseases.
• Drug Free.
• Clear Background.

Responsibilities

• Obtains vital signs, records, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• May aid with various personal care tasks
• Assists in recording vital signs and other health-related data
• Shares resident success stories and best practices
• Participates in family conferences
• Creates and maintains resident records
• Housekeeping and Safety Compliance Duties
• And more as assigned
