White Pine Senior Living is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for Cottage Grove II. Shifts available include PM and NOC, with both full-time and part-time options. A competitive pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, DOQ, is offered.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, recording vitals, documenting services, and communicating professionally with residents and families. Training is provided and the team aims to make a meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• No experience required; paid training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while helping with daily living activities.
• Record and monitor vital signs as instructed (temperature, BP, weight, pulse, respiration).
• Document services performed and report changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with personal care including showering/bathing, incontinence management, and transfers.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful manner with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Support residents with dementia or related diagnoses and perform other tasks as needed.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
