Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife in Center Township, Beaver County, is seeking a C.N.A. Team Manager to coordinate and supervise Home Care private duty services for the LIFE program, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities.

This on-site role requires PA-certified CNAs and leadership experience in elder care. The ideal candidate will have a PA CNA, 2–3 years CNA experience with at least 1 year in management, strong computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to

Qualifications

Certified C.N.A. in Pennsylvania.
2–3 years C.N.A. experience and 1 year of management or leadership skills.
One year experience with frail and elderly population.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages the delivery of Home Care private duty care and in-home services for the LIFE Programs.
Assists and participates in quality management, program development and regulatory monitoring.
