Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is seeking an experienced CNA Team Lead to support clients, coach caregivers, and uphold exceptional care standards across the service area.

This hands-on leadership role combines direct client care, mentor responsibilities, case launches, and on-call support. Ideal candidates have Texas CNA certification and 5+ years in caregiving with dementia expertise.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification required
• Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, and hospice-related needs
• Train, mentor, and coach caregivers on best practices and care techniques
• Conduct quality assurance and home safety visits
• Assist with new client starts and caregiver introductions
• Help address urgent staffing needs and participate in an on-call rotation
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and office staff
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and reliability
