Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants and Senior Care Professionals to join our growing team. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver or CNA experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
• Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
